However it still can't be used with any diplomatic_stance, Diplomatic Influence or treaty_status attributes unless you change the treaty_status to One-Off and then it works.

It still does work without any diplomatic_stance attribute. However, my copy of the game doesn't have this attribute in any of the files.

Now it says "Treaty Status: One-Off" and "Diplomatic Influence: 10" both with the same values. As for the age of the DLC, it's an Imperial DLC which comes with it, I just forgot to put it into the list of my mods.

"Treaty Status: One-Off" with diplomatic_stance attribute still does work, but it won't work with force_diplomacy cheat.

In fact, the mod doesn't have to be "imperial". It will work for any copy of Medieval 2: Total War that has diplomatic_stance attribute. It just needs to be a DLC that was released after 1.1 version of Medieval 2: Total War.

The force_diplomacy cheat will only activate if you have diplomatic_stance in your game's.txt file (in the mods folder if it's in the mods folder).

An alternative (admittedly more complicated) method is to use this, this, this and this to enable all the cheats except force_diplomacy. The easiest method is to use modder_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplomatic_diplom be359ba680
